What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 50 cups. Most competitors require 500–1,000. You can order exactly what you need — no more.
How do I place an order?
Submit your design or idea through the order form on our site. We'll review it and send a confirmed quote within hours. Once approved and paid, production starts immediately.
What if I don't have a finished design?
No problem. Tell us the occasion and what you're looking for — we'll help you get to a finished design ready for print.
What file format should I send?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. High resolution (300 DPI or higher) is preferred for best print quality.
Pricing & Fees
How much do custom printed cups cost?
Pricing starts at $99 for 50 cups ($1.98/cup). 100 cups are $130, 500 cups are $300, and 1,000 cups are $420. All prices include setup fees and full color printing. See the full pricing table at cuplo.co/#pricing.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees on any order — including reorders. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are reorders cheaper?
Reorders use the same pricing tiers and never have a setup fee. The more you order, the lower the per-cup price.
Are lids available?
Yes. Lids are available as an add-on for $0.07 each.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does it take?
Standard orders are ready in 2–3 business days. Rush orders (next-day production) are available for an additional 35%.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the US. Local delivery to the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area is a flat $25. Shipping rates apply for orders outside the tri-state area.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders (next-day production) are available for an additional 35% on top of your order total. Contact us to confirm availability.
Printing & Quality
Do you print the full cup or just one side?
We print a full 360° wrap around the entire cup — not just a patch on one side. No matter how someone holds it, your design is visible.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send proof photos before completing your full order. No surprises — you approve before we run the full batch.
What size cups do you print on?
We currently print on 10oz cups with full 360° wrap. Contact us if you need a different size — we may be able to accommodate.
Is there a color limit?
No. Full color printing is included at no extra charge. No color limits, no color matching fees.
